北京市西城区艾滋病病例报告中传播途径不详的影响因素分析

Analysis on Influencing Factors of Unknown Transmission Route of HIV/AIDS Case Reports in Xicheng District of Beijing

目的以艾滋病传播途径不详为例,通过分析既往报告病例中导致传播途径不详的影响因素,找出关键问题以提高今后报告病例的完整性。方法通过登陆中国疾病预防控制艾滋病网络直报信息系统,导出自1996—2010年11月30日期间报告地区为北京市西城区且已审核的全部HIV/AIDS病例,采用SAS 9.1软件,利用单因素卡方检验和多因素logistic回归对相应变量进行统计分析。结果年龄、性别、样本来源和病例报告时间与传播途径不详的关系有统计学意义。结论今后的工作中要注重年龄偏大、女性患者的流行病学调查工作,加强对无关联检测和街头无偿献血人员的登记,以及医务人员的流行病学调查意识和医学伦理学、法律方面的培训,同时要为感染者和病人提供更宽松的社会氛围,才能进一步提高报告病例的完整性,以便在今后工作中更有效的在人群中开展艾滋病的综合防治。

[Objective]With unknown transmission route of HIV/AIDS as an example,to find out the key problem by analyzing the influencing factors which caused the unknown transmission route in previous reported HIV/AIDS cases,so as to improve the integrity of reported cases in the future. [Methods]All HIV/AIDS verification cases of Xicheng district from 1996 to November 30,2010 were derived from China HIV/AIDS direct network reporting system.With SAS 9.1 software,the Chi-Square test and multivariate logistic regression were applied to analyze the corresponding variables. [Results]Age,sex,sample source and report time were significantly associated with unknown transmission route. [Conclusion]In the future,the epidemiological investigation in older and female patients should be strengthened,and the registration of non-correlation test and street blood donors should be improved.The awareness of epidemiological investigation,training of medical ethics and laws should be strengthened among medical staff.It is necessary to provide a relaxed social atmosphere for HIV/AIDS infections and patients.With further improvement of the integrity of case reports,the comprehensive prevention and treatment of AIDS would be effectively implemented in population.
