摘要
好氧/缺氧/好氧生物处理系统是一种新型煤气废水二级处理工艺,该工艺通过改变微生物的生化环境,充分发挥各单元对有机化合物的降解功能,强化了有机化合物总体去除效果。主要采用气相色谱/质谱联用(GC/MS)测试方法,分析对比煤气废水进水及其系统各单元出水中有机化合物的成分,结合生物降解的特点,评价各单元对有机化合物的去除效果。结果表明:(1)进水中共检测出84种有机化合物,包括13种类型;经一级好氧单元处理后,大部分有机化合物得以去除,出水中只检测到27种有机化合物;改变生化环境后,某些有机化合物得以降解,缺氧单元出水中共检测出19种有机化合物;曝气生物滤池对难降解有机化合物去除效果较好,二级好氧单元出水中有机化合物种类明显减少,只检测出12种。(2)有些有机化合物在进水中没有检测出,但在出水中出现了。(3)在生物处理过程中,大部分的酚、羧酸和脂类得以降解,而一些结构复杂的杂环、酮类、脂类和烃类化合物则残留下来,难以生化处理。
Aerobic/anoxic/aerobic was a novel 2 stages biological process for coal gasification wastewater treatment.The process could make full use of each processing unit by changing the microbial biochemical environment so as to strengthen the function of process for organic compounds degradation.GC/MS was applied to detect the composition of organic in influent coal gasification wastewater and effluents of each unit.The treatment efficiency was evaluated in combination of bio-degradation characteristics.The study showed that there were 13 types of 84 organic compounds detected in influent coal gasification wastewater,most of organic compounds were removed in the first aerobic unit and 27 organic compounds were detected in the effluent water.Some organic compounds were reduced after changing biochemical environment,19 organic compounds were detected in the anaerobic unit.Second anoxic filter process presented perfect performance for refractory organic removal,only 12 organic compounds left in the effluent of second aerobic unit.Some organic compounds which detected in effluent water were not exist in raw coal gasification wastewater.Most of phenols,carboxyls and lipids in the wastewater were degraded in the process of bio-treatment.However,some compounds including heterocyclic hydrocarbon,ketone and polycyclic aromatics with complicated structure were remained.
