摘要 主要研究了塑性膨胀剂发气组分和改性增强组分对压浆料性能的影响,对塑性膨胀剂的作用机理进行了分析。结果表明,采用有机物A作塑性膨胀剂的发气组分(掺量为0.1%)、有机酸盐B作为改性增强组分(掺量为0.03%)时,压浆料的24 h自由膨胀率从2.4%增加到4.1%,效果显著。按m(有机物A)∶m(有机酸盐B)=77∶23制备的塑性膨胀剂与北京荣泰兴科技的EEA-101塑性膨胀剂(掺量均为0.1%)效能相近,均能达到TB/T 3192—2008《铁路后张法预应力混凝土梁管道压浆技术条件》要求。 The influences of the gas forming component and on the duct grouts were mainly investigated in this paper, and the modifying component which made. of the plastic expansive agent mechanism of plastic expansive agent was also analyzed. The results indicated that the organics A was determined as gas forming component, and its suitable addition was 0.1%. The compound B was chosen as modifying component,when its addition was 0.03%,the 24 h free expansion rate of plastic expansive agent was greatly increased from 2.4% to 4.1%. The performance of plastic expansive agent prepared with m(organics A):m(compound B)=77:23 is similar to that of EEA-101 plastic expansive agent (dosage of 0.1%) developed by Beijing Rongtaixing Science and Technology Co. Ltd.,both can reach the requirement of standard TB/T 3192--2008 "Technical Specification of Duct Grouts on Post-prestressed Concrete Railway Girder".
