摘要
同一沥青样品在不同实验室所测试的软化点常存在差异,除人为因素外,所用仪器不同是引起差异的主要原因。为了明确检测仪器对沥青软化点的影响,试验考察支撑板形状及高度、搅拌作用、试样环结构等对沥青软化点的影响。结果表明,大椭圆形的支撑板导致沥青的软化点较小长方形的偏高1.2℃,而不同支撑板的下落高度差对软化点的影响较小,可以忽略不计。搅拌作用对沥青的软化点也有一定程度的影响,且根据下支撑板的形状不同,对软化点的影响不同,幅度在0.3℃左右,并且搅拌作用可以增强支撑板对软化点的影响。试样环为肩环时测试的沥青软化点较斜环的偏高0.5℃。
Differences always occur in the softening point testing results when a same sample of bitumen is tested in different labs. Besides the factors from personnel,the using of different testing apparatus is the main cause of errors. In order to know the effects of instrument on softening point,the paper studied the effect of support plate shape and height,mixing and sample ring structure on the influence of softening point. The results showed that the softening point got from large oval support plate was about 1.2 °C higher than that got from small rectangular support plate. But the height of support plate had less affected on the softening point,even can be neglected. To a certain extent,mixing could affect the softening point,and according to the shape of the support plate,the influence of mixing on softening point was different,this was about 0.3 °C,and the mixing can increase the influence of support plate on the softening point. In the study,the softening point got from shoulder rings was about 0.5 °C more than the result got from inclined ring.
