柴芍异功散为主分型辨治慢性浅表性胃炎224例总结

Therapeuric Summary of Modified Chaishao Yigong Powders Treating Different Types of 224 Patients with Chronic Superficial Gastritis

目的:观察柴芍异功散为主分型辨证治疗慢性浅表性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:治疗组224例采用柴芍异功散加味辨证施治,对照组204例采用奥美拉唑、阿莫西林治疗,两组疗程均为8周。结果:治疗组总有效率为98.2%,对照组总有效率为70.6%,两组比较,P<0.01。结论:柴芍异功散为主分型辨证治疗慢性浅表性胃炎有显著疗效。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Chaishao Yigong Powders mainly to treat differentially the different types of chronic superficial gastritis.Methods： The 224 patients in treatment group were treated with modified Chaishao Yigong podwers and 204 patients in control group with omeprazole and amoxicillin,both were treated for 8 weeks.Results： The total effective rate was 98.2% in treatment group and 70.6% in control group（P〈0.01）.Conclusion： The modified Chaishao Yigong podwers is significantly effective to treat differentially the different types of chronic superficial gastritis.
