有效的质量管理是确保供应链稳定运行重要前提,论文对供应链中企业所面临的质量风险进行了探讨,并基于委托—代理理论建立了供应链质量契约决策模型,在该模型中通过对不同情形下采购者所面临质量风险进行分析,确定了与之相适应的供应链质量契约类型。利用该决策模型,供应链管理者可根据自身的运营环境识别并分析供应链中的质量风险,并建立有效的供应链质量契约。

Effective quality management is to ensure that an important prerequisite for stable operation of the supply chain,the paper supply chain quality risk faced by companies are discussed,and based on the principal-agent theory to establish the quality of the supply chain contract decision model through the model different circumstances faced by buyers of quality risk analysis to determine the corresponding quality of contractual supply chain type.Use of the decision-making model,supply chain managers can be identified according to their operating environment and analyze the quality of supply chain risks,and the establishment of effective supply chain quality contract.
