摘要 目的建立HPLC法测定肾康颗粒中延胡索乙素的方法。方法采用Kromasil C_18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);以甲醇-乙腈-1%醋酸铵缓冲液(pH5.0±0.02)(12:28:60)为流动相,体积流量1.0mL/min,检测波长283nm。结果延胡索乙素在0.07776~1.55520μg线性良好(r=0.9999),样品平均加样回收率和RSD值分别为99.6%、1.91%。结论此方法简便、准确、重现性良好,可用于肾康颗粒中延胡索乙素的测定。 Objective To establish an HPLC method for determination of tetrahydropalmatine in Shenkang Granula. Methods Kromasil Cis column (250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase consisted ofmethol-acetonitrile-l% ammonium acetate (pH 5.0±0.02) (12 : 28 : 60). The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detection wavelength was at 283 rim. Results The linear range of tetrahydropalmatine was 0.077 76-1.555 20 μg (r=0.999 9). The average recovery was 99.6% and RSD was 1.91%. Conclusion This method is simple, precise, and with good repeatability, and can be used to determine tetrahydropalmatine in Shenkang Granula.
