This paper introduces the concept and the convergence of Chinese and American integration status,from a technical,business,policy,regulation and other aspects were discussed,analysis of the convergence of regulatory mechanisms,and puts forward the solving three nets fusion regulatory laws and regulations conflict problems,timely establishment of uniform convergence regulators,play association self-discipline organization the role of information security safeguard ability,improve the proposal such as fusion.
