江西省医药企业专利产出与经济产出的相关性研究

Patent output and economic output for pharmaceutical enterprises in Jiangxi

目的研究江西省医药企业专利产出与经济产出的相关性。方法本文运用相关回归方法分析江西省2家上市医药企业（江中药业股份有限公司、仁和药业股份有限公司）2000-2010年之间专利申请数与经济产出（年销售收入）的相关性,研究了江西省66家医药企业中国专利申请情况。结果江西省2家上市医药企业专利产出与经济收入成正相关,回归方程有良好的线性关系,方差分析具显著性效果;66家医药企业中,发展迅速的企业专利申请数较多,但有21%的企业没有进行专利申请。结论江西省大部分医药企业已有知识产权保护意识,但许多传统的医药企业仍需制定完善的知识产权战略,增强自身创新能力。

Objective To determine the relation between the patent output and economic output for pharmaceutical enterprises in Jiangxi.Methods The relevant regression method was used.The present study analyzed the relationship between the patent output and the economic output in the 2 listed pharmaceutical enterprises（Jiangxi Jiangzhong Pharmaceitical Ltd.,Co.and Renhe Pharmaceitical Ltd.,Co.） from 2000 to 2010,and the patent status of the main 66 pharmaceutical enterprises in Jiangxi.Results Patent output of the 2 listed pharmaceutical companies was positively related with income.The regression had a good linearity and the analysis of variance had significant effect.In 66 pharmaceutical companies in Jiangxi,the more innovation,the better patent status.About 21% enterprises did not apply for patent in Jiangxi.Conclusion Most pharmaceutical companies in Jiangxi have the awareness of intellectual property protection,but they still need to pay attention to well-developed intellectual property strategy.
