临床药师在食道癌患者中的药学监护

Pharmaceutical care for patients with esophageal carcinoma from clinical pharmacist

目的通过临床药师对食道癌患者的药学监护,促进食道癌患者药物治疗的合理规范。方法临床药师主要从规范化疗方案的选择、关注药物不良反应、用药细节等方面入手,对多例食道癌患者开展药学监护。结果临床药师对化疗方案的选择、不良反应的防治、抗肿瘤药物的给药次序、溶媒的选择、抗菌药物的选用等方面与医师共同制定方案,患者顺利完成化疗。结论临床药师通过对食道癌患者的药学监护,可协助医师更合理的选择用药方案,及早发现并防治药物不良反应的发生,为保证合理有效的用药起到积极的作用。

Objective To improve the rationality in the medication by pharmaceutical care for patients with esophageal carcinoma.Methods Pharmaceutical care was offered for patients with esophageal carcinoma with intervention such as choice of medication,adverse reaction,and details of taking medication.Results Clinical pharmacists assisted doctors in constituting the scheme of chemotherapy,prevention and treatment of adverse reactions,sequence of administration,choice of vehicle and antibiotics,resulting in successful completion of therapy in patients.Conclusion Pharmaceutical care provided by clinical pharmacists may help doctors to choose more reasonable dosage regimen,avoid adverse reactions and play an active role in the rationality and effectiveness of medication.
