An English Comparable Corpora-based Study of the Collocational Features in Translated Texts

摘要搭配是重要的语言组织原则,搭配模式的差异能够反映出原生文本与翻译文本的差异。本文通过对英语类比语料库的考察发现,相比于原生英语文本,汉译英的英语译文中的搭配模式整体上具有如下特征:(1)简化、常规化和异常化并存;(2)以简化与常规化为主,以异常化为辅。作者认为,翻译文本中的这种搭配特征主要是Toury(1995)所提出的两条翻译定律共同作用的结果。 Collocation is an important category of language patterning. This paper attempts to explore the collocational features in translated texts in contrast with original ones. The findings from the English Comparable Corpora show that collocational patterns in translated texts manifest the following features：（1） co-existence of simplification, normalization and foreignization; （2） simplification and normalization as the main features while foreignization as the secondary. We deem that the above collocational features in translated texts are the result of Toury＇s （1995） two laws of translation.
