独立学院作为高等教育一种新型办学模式,同样承担着教书育人的职责。思想政治理论课肩负着当代大学生成人教育的使命,本文以教育者与受教育者视角分析了独立学院思政课教学效果不好的成因,从思想观念、教学模式、教师队伍以及教学管理四个层面试图探析思政课教学效果建设路径。
