摘要
本文就目前人员素质测评的主要形式及利弊进行了分析,提出基于课程的难度、费用、师资条件、学生的接受能力和已有的研究成果分级确定实践课程内容的设想。
This paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages and the main forms of current personnel quality evaluation,de-termine the classification of the idea based on the difficulty of courses,fees,conditions of teachers,students of acceptance of exis-ting research results and practical course content.
