摘要
企业文化是企业的灵魂,面对经济全球化的竞争,企业不仅要在产品,技术,资本运作等方面展开"硬件"竞争,更需要有自己的"软文化"优势。随着科学发展知识水平的提高,知识经济相伴而生,人力资本已成为企业持续发展的第一资源,然而企业文化的形成在很大程度上只有与人力资源相结合,才能将企业文化的核心价值观凸显。本文在分析企业文化和人力资源管理的基础上,重点探讨两者企业文化建设新模式。
Corporate culture is the soul of business,the face of economic globalization,competition,companies not only in product,technology,capital operation in such areas as "hardware" competition,but also to have its own "soft culture" advantage.With the im-provement of scientific knowledge,knowledge economy attendant,human capital,sustainable development has become the primary resource,however,the formation of corporate culture and human resources in large part only combined in order to highlight the core values of corporate culture.This paper analyzes the corporate culture and human resource management,based on the focus on the con-struction of a new corporate culture between the two modes.
