摘要
本文在岗位分析的基础上,提出了基于胜任力模型的发电企业绩效管理体系,它能不断开发组织胜任力和员工胜任力,通过提高员工、组织绩效来实现企业可持续发展。由于点检工作的重要性以及传统的绩效考核难以充分发挥点检员工作积极性,本文以点检员为例,论证了新的绩效管理体系的特征,新体系使得绩效管理更具有科学性、系统性与准确性。
Combined on position analysis,the paper proposed a new performance management system,which based on compet-ency mode in power generating enterprises.It can develop the competency of organization and personnel.With the performance of the company improved,the new performance management system keep the company sustainable development.Because of the im-portance of the spot inspection and it's not efficient to inspire the enthusiasm by old performance appraisal,the paper took the spot inspection staff as example,explaining the characters of the new performance management system.The new system made the per-formance management more scientific,systematic and accurate.
