摘要
法与正义具有密切的联系,正义表现为一种法的价值目标,法律的最高目标就是提供和实现正义。文章在考察了历史上的各种主要的正义理论之后,主要论述法律与正义的关系以及通过法律实现正义。
Law and justice are closely linked with each other,justice is performed as the value goal of law,the highest goal of law is to provide and achieve justice.This paper examines various major theories of justice in the history,the paper mainly discusses the relationship between law and justice and achieving justice through law.
