摘要
科研能力是我国研究生教育主要侧重培养的目标，但我国的研究生科研能力不强。要提高研究生的科研能力，研究生本身要做好角色转换，培养研究意识和创新能力，形成良好的学术规范，拥有科学素养，遵守社会伦理规范，为社会的发展贡献自己的力量。
The main objective ofthe post-graduate education is to cultivate students＇ ability to do research which China＇s graduates lack. There are several tips for graduates to improve their research ability; they are role change from graduate into post-graduate, cultivate innovation awareness and ability, abbey academic norm, have scientific literacy and comply with social morals.
