摘要
随着教育水平的提高，人力资源在经济发展过程中起到越来越重要的作用，本文就从经济学角度出发，通过研究人力资源发展与经济增长之间的关系，说明教育投资促进人力资源发展，从而促进经济发展。
With the increased levels of education, human resources play an increasingly important role in the process of ecoaomic development, from an economic point of view, through research the relationship between human resource development and economic growth, indicating that investment in education promotes human resources development, and promotes economic development.
