摘要
认知负荷理论是基于人类认知结构与外界信息结构交互作用而决定教学设计的理论,对网络教学设计实践具有极其现实的指导意义。文章阐述了认知负荷理论的基本观点,分析了网络学习中认知负荷的主要形式,将认知负荷理论应用于网络教学设计过程中,提出了具体的优化网络教学设计的策略,以期提高网络教学的效果。
Cognitive load theory is based on the structure of htunan cognitive information structure interaction with the outside world and determined instructional design theory, and has a very practical guide for network instructional design practice. This paper describes the basic ideas of cognitive load theory, analysis of learning in the main form of cognitive load, use cognitive load theory to instructional design process in the network, put forward specific instructional design strategies to optimize the network in order to improve the effectiveness of network teaching.
