摘要
随着行政管理体制改革的深化和社会发展的需要,我国的教育思想和教育体制也在发生着深刻的变化。使得实践教学在行政管理专业应用型课程中如何创新科学定位和实现显得迫在眉睫。本文提出构建以课程内容体系改革为切入点,修订专业培养计划,增加“应用型、实践性、操作性”实践教学内容、创新教学方法,完善“走出去、请进来、坐下来”的“三位一体”立体式实践教学模式、以“发现问题、分析问题、解决问题”为核心内容,形成方式多元的实践教学评价体系、完善实践教学的质量保障机制等适合于现代行政管理专业发展的实践教学体系。
With the deepening of administrative reform and social development, China's educational philosophy and educational system are also undergoing profound changes. It makes the administration of the professional practice of teaching in applied sci- ence courses on how to locate and achieve innovation appears imminent. In this paper, building a system of curriculum reform as a starting point, revised professional development plan to increase the "application-oriented, practical, operational" practice teach- ing, innovative teaching methods, perfect "going out, please come in, sit down" and "trinity" three-dimensional model of practice teaching, to "identify problems, analyze problems and solve problems" as the core to form a multi-practice way of teaching evaluation system, improve the quality of teaching practice security mechanisms for the development of modern administrative practice of the professional teaching system.
