摘要
项目管理学课程的开设目的在于培养学生分析思路、解决方案的选择及决策过程中的综合管理能力,然而项目管理学课程在讲授过程中体现出教学效果不够理想。本论文根据项目管理学的特点,从当前本科教学过程中存在的主要问题入手,并在此基础上提出了理论与案例并举,善于引导和激发学生的积极性等政策建议。
The project management course's set up goal lies in trains the student in the solution management question analysis mentality, in the solution choice and decision-making process ability, however, in the teaching process the project management curriculum manifest the teaching effect to be not very ideal. Present paper basis project management characteristic, undergraduate teaching and learning process from the current main problems start, and on this based on the cases and theory, good guidance and enthusiasm motivation of students and other policy recommendations.
