处于高中这一阶段的留守人员，在面对高中升学这一巨大压力的同时，还要面对独自承担生活的重担，因而使其产生了一些不健康的心理，同时也影响了学生正常的生活及学习。在此，本文针对留守高中生的心理健康问题以及解决的途径展开论述。
