黑曲霉A-1发酵啤酒糟生产富酶蛋白饲料的研究 被引量:2

Production of enzyme-enriched protein feed ingredients through solid-state fermentation by Aspergillus nige A-1

摘要 以啤酒糟为主要原料,研究了黑曲霉A-1固态发酵生产富酶蛋白饲料的培养基及工艺条件。试验结果表明:最适发酵培养基为啤酒糟:棉粕比例为5:5,KH2PO40.2%,最适发酵条件为:料水比为1:1.0,接种量为含4.0×106个孢子的孢子悬液,发酵温度为30℃,培养时间为54h~60h,纤维素酶达到1991u/g,木聚糖酶达到1998u/g,酸性蛋白酶达到4559u/g,粗蛋白为37.4%。 For Protein-rich feed production by Aspergillus niger A-1 using brewer's grains as the main material,solid-state fermentation conditions was studied and optimized in this paper.The results showed that the optimal condition was as follows:the ratio of brewer's grains and mianpo in medium 5:5,the content of KH2PO4 0.2%;the best fermentation conditions were that the drier-water ratio was 1:1.0,the inoculum of 4.0×106 spores in spore suspension,the temperature 30℃,the time for fermentation 54h~60h.Under those conditions,the enzyme activity of cellulase produced by the strain A-1 reached 1991u/g,xylanase enzyme activity 1998u/g,the activity of acid proteinase 4559u/g and the crude protein 37.4%.
