总大肠菌群检测试剂盒在生活饮用水检测中的应用评价

Application Evaluation of Total Coliforms Group Detection Kit for Drinking Water

目的评价总大肠菌群检测试剂盒应用于生活饮用水中总大肠菌群检测的准确性和价值。方法对124份生活饮用水水样,分别用总大肠菌群检测试剂盒法与国家标准认可的多管发酵法同时进行总大肠菌群检测,采用流行病学方法对检测结果进行准确性评价。结果以国标中的检测方法作为金标准比较,总大肠菌群检测试剂盒法的灵敏度为100%,特异度为98.18%,正确指数为98.18%。结论总大肠菌群检测试剂盒法具有很好的准确性,而且检测省时、省力,简便易行,适用于大批量样品快速检测,特别是突发事件时检验工作的开展。

[Objective]To evaluate the accuracy and value of total coliforms group detection kit for testing the total coliforms group in drinking water. [Methods]124 drinking water samples were tested for the total coliforms group by total coliforms group detection kit and multiple-tube fermentation which is the national standard method,simultaneously.The accuracy of test results was evaluated by epidemiological methods. [Results]Using the national standard method as the gold standard,the sensitivity,specificity and correct index of total coliforms group detection kit was 100%,98.18% and 98.18%,respectively. [Conclusion]The total coliforms group detection kit has good accuracy,which is simple,convenient and time saving.It is suitable for rapid detection of large numbers of samples,especially in detection of emergent events.
