摘要
目的通过对2006—2010年清远市血吸虫病的监测,掌握清远市近年来血防工作的落实情况。方法按照广东省疾病预防控制中心的要求,开展各项监测工作,对监测结果进行汇总分析。结果通过5年的监测,在原血吸虫病流行区共查荒地1 688 305 m2,水沟76 020 m,螺框23 721框;设假螺点查可疑地区82 724 m2,设标记螺点1 947框,查获1 316框,标记螺点查获率为67.59%;放标记螺7 552粒,查获3 958粒,标记钉螺查获率为52.41%;对29 826 m水下诱螺,在可疑水沟里投放稻草框2 903框,回收2 404框,回收率为82.81%;回收杂螺65 125粒,平均27.09粒/框;螺情监测未发现活钉螺。抽查原流行区小学生血样3 466份,阳性79份,粪检均为阴性;抽查耕牛血样2 541份,均为阴性。结论在原疫区未发现残存的活钉螺及新感染的血吸虫病人及病畜,表明清远市消灭血吸虫病的成果巩固。
[Objective]By monitoring the status of schistosomiasis in Qingyuan city from 2006 to 2010,to understand the implementation of schistosomiasis control in recent years. [Methods]According to requests of Guangdong Center for Disease Control and Prevention,the surveillance was carried out,and the results were analyzed. [Results]In primary endemic areas of schistosomiasis,1 688 305 square meter(m2) waste land,76 020 meter(m) gutterway and 23 721 living snails frames were monitored from 2006 to 2010.82 724 m2 suspected areas were screened by artifical snail sites.Among 1 947 marker snail sites,1316 were detected with the discovery rate of 67.59%.Among 7 552 marker snails,3 958 were detected with the discovery rate of 52.41%.The underwater snail attraction was conducted in 29 826 m gutterway.2 903 straw boxes were placed in suspected gutterway,and 2 404 were collected with the recovery rate of 82.81%.65 125 other species snails were collected,and there were 27.09 snails in each box.No live snail was found.3 466 blood specimens were sampled from pupils in primary endemic areas,79 were positive,and no positive specimen was found by fecal examination.2 541 blood specimens of cattle were tested,and all of them were negative. [Conclusion]There was no live snail and new infection in primary endemic areas,which suggested that the measures of control and prevention of schistosomiasis were effective in Qingyuan city.
