A Review of Researches on Job Burnout of College Counselors

随着我国高等教育的不断发展,高校辅导员这个群体受到越来越多的关注,而高校辅导员职业倦怠成为研究的焦点。作者通过对大量国内外职业倦怠文献的复习,概述了高校辅导员职业倦怠研究成果及其最新进展,包括职业倦怠的定义、理论模型、研究工具、影响因素。最后,对高校辅导员职业倦怠研究前景进行了总结和展望。

With the continuous development of China＇s higher education,the group of college counselors attract more and more attentions,while college counselor＇s burnout has become the focus of research.This paper summarizes the research findings and latest developments of college counselor＇s burnout,including the definition of burnout,theoretical models,research tools,influencing factors through review of a large number of domestic and foreign literatures about burnout.Finally,the research prospects of college counselor＇s burnout were summarized.
