摘要
目的了解潍坊市儿童预防接种证查验和计划免疫工作现状。方法按照统一方案对该市2010年入托入学儿童预防接种证进行查验。结果全市托幼机构、学校预防接种证查验率、登记率均达100%,入托入学儿童预防接种证率为96.08%。疫苗漏缺种程度从高到低依次为流行性脑脊髓膜炎(流脑)疫苗、白破疫苗、含麻疹成分疫苗、脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)疫苗、乙型脑炎(乙脑)疫苗、甲型肝炎(甲肝)疫苗、百白破疫苗、乙型肝炎(乙肝)疫苗、卡介苗。结论建议采取多种措施,促进入托入学接种证查验和计划免疫工作。
[Objective]To study the present situation of examination of immunization certificate and expanded program on immunization（EPI） among children in Weifang city. [Methods]The examination of immunization certificate was performed among children who entered school and kindergarten in 2010 by unified program. [Results]Both the rate of examination and registration of immunization certificate were 100%.The rate of possessing immunization certificate of children in school and kindergarten was 96.08%.The sequence of missing immunization rate from high to low were EMV,DT,MV,OPV,JEV,HAV,DPT,HBV and BCG. [Conclusion]It was suggested that a variety of measures should be implemented to promote the examination of immunization certificate and EPI among children in school and kindergarten.
