三台县2010年工业企业职业病危害因素检测结果分析

Results Analysis of Occupational Hazards Detection in Industrial Enterprises of Santai County in 2010

目的通过对三台县2010年工业企业职业病危害因素检测评价,为控制职业病危害因素强度和预防职业中毒、职业病的发生提供科学依据。方法按照现行职业卫生检测方法、标准进行采样、检测、评价。结果噪声等效连续声级[dB(A)]、苯、二甲苯、甲苯、硫化氢、二氧化氮、氨、生产性粉尘,二氧化硫8 h WTA合格率分别为100.00%、100.00%、100.00%、100.00%、100.00%、100.00%、100.00%、71.69%、2.17%。结论该县2010年工作场所危害因素主要为二氧化硫、生产性粉尘,合格率低,建议职能监管部门加大执法监管力度。

[Objective]To monitor and assess occupational hazards in industrial enterprises of Santai County,and provide a scientific evidence for controlling the intensity of occupational hazards and preventing occupational poisonings and occupational diseases. [Methods]The sampling,testing and assessment were based on the current occupational health testing methods and standards. [Results]The qualified rate of equivalent continuous A-weighted sound pressure level ,Benzene,Diethyl benzene,Methyl benzene,Hydrogen sulfide,Nitrogen dioxide,Ammonia,Industrial dust,Sulfur dioxide 8h PC-WTA were 100.00%,100.00%,100.00%,100.00%,100.00%,100.00%,100.00%,71.69%,2.17%,respectively. [Conclusion]The main occupational hazards in workplace are sulfur dioxide and industrial dust.The qualified rates are low.Health supervision departments should strengthen supervision and law enforcement efforts.
