摘要
目的对淄博市淄川区小规模食品生产、经营单位的5类食品进行采样检测,分析存在的问题,以搞好食品安全工作。方法按国家标准进行碳酸饮料、蜜饯食品、糕点(面包)、冷冻饮品、果(蔬)汁饮料的采样检测和评价。结果碳酸饮料合格率为48.1%,蜜饯食品合格率为50.7%,糕点、面包合格率为86.5%,冷冻饮品合格率为85.2%,果、蔬汁饮料合格率为75.6%。结论淄川区小规模食品生产、经营单位的食品安全状况均存在一定问题,应加强食品安全管理工作。
[Objective]To sample and detect 5 categories of food produced by small-scale food production and business units in Zichuan District of Zibo City,and analyze the existing problem so as to improve food safety. [Methods]The sampling,testing and evaluation of carbonated beverages,preserves,bakery(bread),frozen drinks,fruit(vegetable) juice were based on the national standards. [Results]The pass rate of carbonated beverages,preserves food,cakes and bread,frozen drinks,fruit(vegetable) juice was 48.1%,50.7%,86.5%,85.2%,75.6%,respectively. [Conclusion]The food safety of small-scale food production and business units was not optimistic in Zichuan District.Food safety management should be strengthened.
