摘要
采用压力浸渗法制备Cf/Mg复合材料,研究了热处理工艺对复合材料热膨胀行为、热膨胀系数及热循环条件下尺寸稳定性的影响。结果表明相比于退火处理,T6处理在降低复合材料热膨胀系数及热循环过程中的残余塑性变形方面效果更明显。
In the paper, Cf/Mg composites were fabricated by pressure infiltration method. The effects of heat treatment on the dimensional stability of thermal expansion behavior, thermal expansion coefficient and thermal cycling of Cf/Mg composites were studied. Experiments results showed that T6 treatment, compared with annealing treatment, more effectively lowered the thermal expansion coefficient and residual plastic deformation during thermal cycling of composite material.
