摘要 行动导向教学观是现代职业教育教学思想体系的重要组成部分,对于学生综合职业能力的培养,提高高职院校人才培养质量具有重要意义,值得倡导和推广。然而传统的教学思想观念、"双师素质"低下的师资队伍和落后的实习实训条件限制了行动导向教学的实施。要突破旧思想、旧观念的藩篱,克服各种因素的限制,就必须实施教改工程、精品课程建设工程,改革教学评价的方式方法,实行深度校企合作和加大一体化教室建设等策略。 Action-oriented teaching concept is an important part of teaching thought system of modern vocational education. It is of great significance to develop the students'comprehensive vocational ability and improve the quality of talents training in higher vocational colleges, so it is worth adwocating and spreading. But some factors limited implementing action-oriented teaching, such as traditional teaching ideas, the teaching staff of low "douhle-quality teachers" and the poor praetiee conditions etc. To breakthrough the old thoughts and ideas and to overcome all kinds of limitations, some strategies are needed, such as carrying out teaching reform project and high-quality curriculum eonstruction program, reforming the methods of teaching asscssment , having a further cooperation between school and enterprises and increasing the integrated elassroom eonstruetion.
