摘要
以金纳米通道膜为载体膜,采用戊二醛交联法在金通道内壁修饰阿特拉津抗体,基于阿特拉津与阿特拉津抗体之间的免疫反应,实现了阿特拉津与乙基对氧磷的分离.考察了金纳米通道孔径、底液pH值及缓冲液离子强度对阿特拉津与乙基对氧磷的分离的影响.在最佳实验条件下,乙基对氧磷及阿特拉津的分离度为1.68.
A capture antibody,atrazine-antibody,was modified onto the inner wall of Au nanotubules by glutaraldehyde interlin- king method. Atrazine and paraoxon were separated by the nanotubule membrane based on the immunoreaction between atrazineantibody and atrazine. The effects of nanotubule pore sizes, pH and ionic strength on the separation of atrazine and paraoxon were investigated. Under the optimum conditions, the separation efficiency was determined as 1.68.
