Eu^(3+)-Ce^(3+)共交换13X沸石材料的制备条件及光学性能研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过水浴离子交换法,制备出长波紫外激发的Eu3+/Ce3+的偏蓝白光荧光体,并对其结构和光学性质进行研究.结果表明:(1)当Eu3+、Ce3+离子浓度比为1∶1时,荧光效果最好;(2)Ce3+能作为敏化离子激活Eu3+发光,所得样品在还原气氛下进行焙烧处理,得到长波紫外激发的主发射峰分别在458、548 nm处的Eu3+-Ce3+-13X偏蓝白光荧光材料,并且随着烧结温度的升高,发射主峰发生明显的红移,发射峰的半峰宽明显增大. The bluish white phosphors contaning Eu^3+/Ce^3+ which could be excited by longwave ultraviolet were prepared via ion-exchange between Eu^3+/Ce^3+ and zeolite 13X. Its structure and optical properties were characterized examined carefully, and the following results were obtained: ( 1 ) The best fluorescence was effect achieved at the concentration ratio of Eu^3+ and Ce^3+ of 1: 1. (2) Cerium ions could be considered as sensitizer for europium ions. The Eu^3+ - Ce^3+ - 13X bluish white phosphors excited by long-wave ultraviolet which mainly concentrated around 458 nm and 548 nm were prepared. Emission band was red-shift and half emission peak width was increased when the sample was aclacined at elevated temperature under reducing atmospher.
