摘要
依据GB/T20759-2006方法对畜禽肉中十种磺胺类兽药残留检测的不确定度进行了分析和评定。结果表明标准品的配制、稀释,标准曲线校准,样品回收率对样品的相对不确定度贡献较大。
The article analyses and evaluates uncertainty in the determination of ten kinds of sulfanilamides residues in poultry according to the method of GB/T20759-2006.The result makes known that the contribution is major about the preparation of solutions,calibration of standard curves,and coefficients of recoveries in spiked samples.
