马鹿茸的亚急性毒性研究

Study on Subacute Toxicity of Wapiti Velvet Antler

目的了解马鹿茸的安全性。方法将大鼠分为3个剂量组及溶剂对照组。连续喂养30 d后,摘眼球采血作血常规及生化指标测定,取出肝、肾、脾、睾丸称重,并对肝、肾、脾、胃肠、睾丸、卵巢作组织病理学检查。结果各剂量组大鼠的体重及其增重、进食量、食物利用率、脏体比与对照组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);个别剂量组血生化、血常规指标与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但均在正常值范围内,故认为无生物学意义。其他各剂量组动物血常规(血红蛋白含量、红细胞计数、白细胞计数、白细胞分类)、各项生化指标(血清谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、尿素氮、肌酐、总胆固醇、甘油三酯、血糖、总蛋白、白蛋白)测定值均在正常值范围内。对受检脏器作组织病理学检查,未见特异性病变。结论大鼠连续服用马鹿茸软胶囊30 d,对机体未见不良影响。

Objective To know about the safety of wapiti velvet antler. Methods We categorized the rats into the control group,the low-dosage group,the medium-dosage group and the high-dosage group.After 30 days of feeding,we collected eyeball blood for the blood routine and biochemical indexes,weighed the liver,kidney,spleen,and testicles,and then conducted histopathological examination for the liver,spleen,intestines and stomach,testicles,and ovary. Results Comparing with the control group,the original weight,the increasing weight,the food utilization rate,and the organ-body ratio of the other three groups showed no statistically significant difference（P〈0.05）.Comparing with the control group,the blood parameters and the blood biochemical indexes of the very few groups showed statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）,but all of them were within the range of the normal standard.So we considered that they did not have biological significance.Blood parameters（hemoglobin content,red blood corpuscles,leukocyte count,and leukocyte classification） and blood biochemical indexes（SGPT,SGOT,urea nitrogen,creatinine,total cholesterol,triglyceride,blood sugar,total albumen,and albumin） of the rats in the other three groups were all within the range of the normal standard.The organ weight to body weight of rats had no significant difference with the negative group（P〈0.05）.We conducted histopathological examination for viscera,but there was no pathological change found. Conclusions Taking soft gel capsules of wapiti velvet antler for 30 days,no harmful effect was found in the bodies of the rats.
