基于发电权交易的梯级水电站优化调度研究

摘要 随着电力市场改革的不断深入,优化电力产业结构配置任务艰巨,开展电力系统发电权交易是实现这一目标的重要手段。本文建立了发电权双边交易模型,并在此基础上建立了梯级水电站调度模型,以发电效益最大为目标准则,并以某梯级水电站为例运用POA优化算法对模型进行求解,取得了较好的效果。研究结果表明,与传统的调度方式相比,在电力市场下,该调度方式使梯级水电站能以较小的发电量取得较大的发电效益,并得出梯级水电站的发电量曲线波动程度与单位电量的边际发电成本关系。 With deepening of power market reform,generation rights trade is an important way to realize a rational distribution of electricity industrial structure,and optimal operation of reservoirs has largely changed in electricity market.An optimal model based on generation rights trade was developed for operation of cascade reservoirs with its objective functions that maximize hydropower benefits by using a progressive optimality algorithm.The result showed that in comparison with traditional operation in electricity market the new operation mode can produce more benefits of the same generation,and that the relationship of fluctuations of generating amplitude versus generation cost of cascade reservoirs can be easily obtained.
