下腔静脉损伤15例诊治体会

Experience of diagnosis and treatment of inferior vena cava injury： A report of 15 cases

目的探讨下腔静脉损伤的诊治。方法对1990年1月至2011年1月收治的15例下腔静脉损伤病人的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果肾静脉开口以上段下腔静脉损伤7例，肾静脉开口及开口以下段下腔静脉损伤8例，15例均手术治疗，均在直视下修补。死亡2例（13．3％）。结论快速诊断和合理抗休克及准确下腔静脉修补是抢救成功的关键。

Objective To study the diagnosis and treatment of inferior vena cava injury. Methods The clinical data of 15 cases of injury of inferior vena cava were retrospectively analyzed during 1990 - 2011. Results There were 7 cases of injury of inferior vena cava above the renal vein openings and 8 cases of injury of inferior vena cava at the openings of renal vein or under the renal vein openings. The 15 cases received surgical treatment of direct repair. There were 2 operative deaths. Conclusion Rapid diagnosis, reasonable anti- shock and accurate inferior vena cava rapair are critical to the success of the rescue.
