减肥手术治疗2型糖尿病

摘要 中国糖尿病协会近期公布的我国糖尿病发病率高达9．7％，全国糖尿病病人接近1亿，中国已成为“糖尿病第一大国”。以往糖尿病被认为是一种内科疾病，以口服降糖药物和注射胰岛素为主要治疗方式，最近人们意外地发现减肥手术对治疗糖尿病可能有着显著持续的疗效，甚至有望达到治愈，因此有人提出糖尿病是否是一种潜在的外科疾病，这为糖尿病的治疗开辟了新思路。
