响应面法优化茴香花精油提取工艺条件及精油组成分析 被引量:6

Optimization of Extraction Technology by Response Surface Methodology and Composition Analysis of Fennel Flower Essential Oil

摘要 研究同时蒸馏-萃取法(SDE)提取茴香花精油最佳工艺条件,并分析精油组成。采用同时蒸馏萃取法提取茴香花精油,运用Minitab15.0数据分析软件,采用三因素三水平的响应面法优化茴香花精油提取工艺条件;采用气相色谱质谱(GC-MS)分析茴香花精油组成。茴香花精油提取的最佳工艺条件为:取采摘后7 d以内的茴香花,功率88 W,液料比6∶1,时间2 h,提取率2.25%。GC-MS分析结果表明茴香花精油主要由酮类和烯类组成,茴香花精油的主要成分是柠檬烯、香芹酮、顺式二氢香芹酮和3,6-二甲基-2,3,3a,4,5,7a-六氢香豆酮。 The optimum conditions for simultaneous distillation extraction method(SDE)of fennel flower essential oil was researched,the composition of fennel essential oil was analyzed.The method of response surface analysis with 3 factors and 3 levels combined with Minitab15.0-statistical data analysis software was adpoted to optimize the extraction technology conditions of fennel flower essential oil.Gas chromatography mass spectrum(GC-MS) was employed to detect the composition of fennel flower essential oil.The best extraction technology of fennel essential oil was: fennel flower harvested and placed within 7 d,power 80W,liquid to solid ratio 6∶1,extraction time 2 h,and the result of verification test showed the extraction rate was 2.25%.The main components of fennel essential oil are ketones and alkenes,and the main components of fennel flower essential oil were dl-Limonene,carvone,cyclohexanone and 3,6-Dimethyl-2,3,3a,4,5,7a-hexahydro-benzofuran.
