摘要
以番茄皮为原料,通过正交试验确定了微波提取番茄皮蜡的最佳工艺参数。结果表明,以乙酸乙酯为提取溶剂,微波辅助提取番茄皮蜡的最佳工艺参数为:提取温度60℃,提取时间20 min,料液比1:15,提取次数3次。在最佳条件下番茄皮蜡得率为3.12%。
The wax in tomato was extracted by microwave.The optimum parameters of the technology were determined through orthogonal test.When ethyl acetate was extraction solvent,the result showed that the optimum technical parameters were: the extracting temperature 60 ℃,the extracting time 20 min,the ratio of ethyl acetate to material 15:1,the extracting times 3.Under the conditiors,the extraction rate could be high as 3.12%.
