摘要
基于隧道式蒸烤机的基本结构和生产工艺流程,针对不同的工艺要求,设计了隧道式蒸烤机自动控制系统。系统采用触摸屏、PLC和变频器相结合的设计方案,分别设计了温度控制系统、湿度控制系统、网带速度控制系统、提升装置控制系统等子系统,并通过触摸屏对各个子系统运行状况进行实时监控。投运结果表明:系统具有运行稳定、节能效果显著等优点,提高了生产效率,为隧道式蒸烤机的工艺改良和技术革新提供了参考依据。
The basic structure and production process of tunnel steam-bake machine were intruduced in this paper.An automotive control system was designed according to the different process requirement.The temperature-control sub-system,moisture control sub-system,conveyor belt speed control sub-system and take-up device control sub-system were designed by combination of the touch screen,PLC and inverter,respectively.It designs tunnel steam-bake automotive control system.The real-time monitor function was implemented by the touch screen.The operation results shown that the system has the advantage of running steadily,remarkable energy saving effect and high production efficiency.The designed system was also provided reference for process improvement and technological innovation of tunnel steam-bake machine.
