摘要
由于多种因素的影响,输油管道内的压力通常不稳定,对管道结构的可靠性和使用寿命有较大影响,结构设计中需要研究输油管的动态特性。采用有限元方法模拟分析了输油管道在不同压力波作用下的动态特性,采用PCL语言编写程序描述了连续正弦压力波在管道内的移动过程,选用壳单元模拟输油管薄壁筒结构,应用瞬态动力学有限元软件计算了输油管的动态响应,得到了移动压力波作用下输油管内的应力、变形随压力波变化的规律。
The pressure in the oil pipeline is usually unstable due to many factors,and has a great influence on the safety reliability and service life of the pipeline structure,so it is necessary to study the dynamic characteristics of pipeline in structural design.The dynamic characteristics of the pipeline under different pressure wave were analyzed in this paper by the Finite Element Method.The moving process of a continuous sine pressure wave within the pipeline was described by a program writing in PCL language and the shell elements were adopted to simulate the thin-walled pipeline structure.The dynamic response of the pipeline was calculated by transient dynamic finite element software,and then the variation laws of the stress and deformation of the oil pipeline were obtained under the different pressure wave.
