摘要
弃置回收(A/R)作业是铺管船法敷设海底管线的一个重要环节。对回收过程中提升管线阶段进行了力学分析及有限元计算,利用自然悬链线理论推导了管线提升过程中提升角、最大提升高度、提升力的关系,以此为基础得到管线的基本边界条件,并应用Abaqus软件对提升过程中深水管线进行有限元计算,得到不同提升角对应的管线应力最大值,从而确定了管线弃置回收作业的提升力、对应的提升角范围等基本控制参数,以确保弃置回收作业及管线的安全。
Abandonment and recovery operation is a very important link for pipe-laying with a lay-barge.In this article,we focused on the finite element numerical analysis of pipelines in the process of hoisting them and the relationship expression among hoisting height,hoisting power and the angle of it was deduced on the basis of natural centenary theory,then the boundary conditions of pipelines derived from the relationship expression and the finite element method(Abaqus) of analysis was also used to compare the maximum stress of the pipeline at different angles of hoisting power,therefore the basic control parameters such as hoisting power and the angle range of it were determined to ensure the safety of pipelines and deepwater abandonment and recovery operation.
