摘要 连续油管工作条件极为恶劣,且存在一些初始缺陷,有缺陷的油管重新下入井内可能发生连续油管穿孔或断裂事故。建立了CT80级60mm×4mm连续油管的轴向和环向2种缺陷形式的力学模型并进行有限元分析;分析了在轴向拉伸、弯曲、内压组合工况下2种缺陷的局部应力状态;对2种缺陷局部应力进行对比,评估在不同组合载荷下2种缺陷对连续油管的危害性。 The coiled tubing work in extremely bad conditions,there are some initial defects,defective tubing to put into the well again,fracture accidents may occur within a hole.Two defect forms of mechanics,axially and annularly,model with analysis of finite element through the establishment of CT80 level 60 mm×4 mm Coiled tubing were established,considering tubing in axial tensile,bending,inner pressure,under the conditions of combination loads,local stress in two kinds of defects were analyzed,comparing local stress of different combination loads and evaluate the harmfulness.
