摘要
根据车载钻机快速移运的要求,研制出TNJ300型拖挂式泥浆净化系统。该系统泥浆罐体采用拖撬形式由拖车直接拖行,可不使用大型吊车及运输设备;能够保证3 000m钻井过程中泥浆配制、加重、筛分、循环等顺利进行;能满足快速移运要求,具有良好的通过性和转弯能力,缩短了搬家时间,降低了使用成本。
Considering the requirement that the truck-mounted rig needs to be fast-moving,the TNJ300 traction-driven solid control system was developed.The mud tanks of this system adopt a type of truck-mounted structure,so it demands fewer cranes and transportation equipments when it have to change the well position.The test of the whole system showed that it can meet any requirements for storage,disposition,circulation and purifying drilling fluid for deep wells 3000m.It also can be fast-moving,pass through and turn the corner easily when removing,shorten the remove duration,reduce the cost of using.
