摘要
知识管理是现代社会个人和组织提升素质与竞争力,应对知识经济挑战,实现组织可持续发展的重要管理形式。知识管理理论对教师教育具有重要的启示。在骨干教师培训中建立学习共同体、搭建知识增值平台、创设学习场域,可促进骨干教师知识的共享与创生,进而促进其专业发展。
The knowledge management is the important management form for individuals and organizations of the modern society to promote their quality and competitiveness, deal with the challenge of knowledgebased economy and realize a sustainable development of the organization. The theory of knowledge management is an important enlightenment to teacher education. During the training of the prominent teachers, establishing a learning community, building a platform of knowledge increment and creating a field for study can promote the teacher's knowledge originating and sharing, so as to promote their professional development.
