摘要
防城港市提出要以"马援文化"为内核打造海洋文化名城。要想实现这一目标,防城港应制订一套规划,叫响一句口号,整合传统与现代两种资源,并且合理利用新旧媒体进行城市宣传,加强生态环境保护。
Fangchenggang proposes to make itself to a marine cultural city which takes "Ma Yuan culture" as the core. Fangchenggang should develop a set of programs, put the slogan into practice, integrate the traditional and modern resources, make the rational use of old and new media to city publicity, and strengthen ecological environment protection to achieve this goal.
