A Research on Construction Methods of Learning Party Organization in Colleges and Universities

高校学习型党组织建设存在着党组织成员学习动机不强,学习内容缺乏更新,学习形式老套陈旧,学习管理机制不稳等问题。高校应在了解个人学习与团体学习相结合,理论学习与实际教学和科研工作相结合,文化建设与营造浓厚学习氛围相结合,理论研究和理论学习创新相结合等学习型党组织基本要求的基础上,明确学习目的、合理安排学习内容、创新学习方法、完善学习机制。

The construction of learning Party organizations in colleges and universities still meets with such problems as weak learning motivation of Party members, outdated learning contents and forms, instable management mechanism of learning. On the base of studying the basic requirements of learning Party organization, such as the combination between individual learning and group study, the combination between theoretical study and practical teaching and the scientific research work, the combination between culture construction and creating strong study atmosphere, as well as the combination between theoretical research and innovation, colleges and universities should clarify learning objectives, reasonably arrange learning contents, innovate learning methods, and perfect learning mechanism.
