2004-2010年金华市布鲁氏菌病监测结果分析

Monitoring data analysis of Brucellosis in Jinhua from 2004 to 2010

目的:了解金华市2004-2010年人间布鲁氏菌病(简称布病)的发病情况及变化趋势,为布病防治提供依据。方法:采用琥红平板凝集试验(RBPT)和试管凝集试验(STA)检测布病抗体,对监测结果进行统计分析。结果:金华市人间布病以感染者为主,2004-2010年感染者数量呈上升趋势,2007、2008年各出现2例布病病人。感染者主要集中在奶牛饲养场所,3例布病病人发生在羊的屠宰场所,1例发生在奶牛饲养场所。结论:对感染者和病人高发区域进一步开展传染源及高危暴露因素的调查分析,对高危人群加强健康宣教和采取干预措施。

Objective To analyze the epidemic situation of brucellosis in city of Jinhua from 2004 to 2010,and to explore the preventive measures for the future.Methods Serum antibody was detected by the RBPT and SAT.The monitoring data were investigated and analyzed.Results The cases reported of brucellosis mostly were infected cases without clinical symptom.The epidemic showed an upward trend in Jinhua from 2004 to 2010.In 2010,there were two patients caused by Brucella melitensis.The result showed that the infected persons mainly were from milk-cow farms,and two patients came from the sheep abattoirs.Conclusion The further steps to investigate the source of infection and analyze high risk exposure facts in the highly risk areas should be enhanced.And health education and intervention measures in high-risk population should be strengthened.
