摘要
饱满光滑的示功图是车用悬架阻尼器的重要特性,对于磁流变可控阻尼器而言尤其如此。为了避免示功图缺陷,本文提出了一种新的磁流变阻尼器设计方案,在阻尼器中设计了一个旁通通道,流变学建模及分析表明,这可以缓解大电流激励条件下由于流动阻塞而产生的示功图缺陷。
Smooth damping force versus displacement is an important characteristics of dampers for automotive, and it is especially significant for the controllable MR damper. To avoid the distortions in this view, a novel designed MR damper with pass-by gap is proposed and theologically analyzed. It is shown that the pass-by gap can undertake the MR fluid flow when it is fully activated in large current excitation. Consequently, the force lag brought by flow block can be lightened or alleviated.
